Under STEEM the account name without @ and under Memo the Memo link under permissions?
To be honest, I am still trying to figure that out on my own. They don't explain that to you on their website. I will tell you as soon as I know 100% how it works :)
Ah crap. So it needs to be an Ethereum contract. :(
