It's time to revisit the witness vote decay idea. I understand there were security concerns, but it could be a gradual decay or something of the sort. The whole point of voting and elections are that it is periodic. Either way, the current DPoS system has failed. (Not as corrupt as EOS, mind, but that's only because there's less money involved.)
