My stream is crashing all the time.

When I m streaming my stream uploads with around 3000 kbits but sometimes it randomly drops on 100-0 kbits and thant it wont get normal enymore. Im using a Webcube but normaly i have a really stable connection in obs.
I hope you can help me or have an idea!
