Hello@ gold84. I guess I may no longer be a Newbie here; but this work you are doing is much appreciated, so I will try to add to the votes (no idea if my SP is exhausted though).
What does make me sort of angry (sorry for the rant) is to see certain people bringing in "three-line" posts with no green content other than their opinion about something, or reporting something they did, and promptly getting $30, $50, etc. in SDBs as payment.
There should be a separate fund set aside to ensure that efforts like yours, which serve the whole community so well, get properly celebrated and paid for. Just the way we have a separate fund to pay witnesses.
If Steemit is an experiment, as many claim, then the payment system must be judged a serious failure, except for the part that ensures that witnesses are properly paid to maintain the hardware etc., IMHO.
