And your completely right.
The direction will be maybe interrupted by a world-economic-crises. This will throw us back a few years. But this technical evolution including 5G can't be stopped. The information gathering beast craves for information throughput.
I just cant still grasp that we will experience it all! I'm so lucky to live around 50m away from a smart meter, but with 5G we are doomed! They just released it out in the UK a few days back.

Just imagine the end result once its all fed to an AI, mostly to be the Google AI.. I think its time to learn how to sail a boat hahahahha :)
