The Steem wallet now has a direct link to exchange your Steem/SBD for other things via Blocktrades
I was just poking around in my wallet and received a SBD reward, which I want to exchange for Steem and power it up, and I discovered this:
The buy link takes you to blocktrades page for trading BTC for Steem, and the sell link to a page trading Steem for SBD.

Yes, know how to mess with my Steem wallet. Also if wanted have some crypto in others to convert here back to steem in steemit, you can use blocktrade.us ;)
ok, maybe I was unclear. The wallet now has menu items on the steem and steem dollar numbers in the wallet, that link to the relevant pages on blocktrades.us Sure, you can do it manually, but this sets the pairs automatically for you, steem/sbd to btc, and btc to steem/sbd. All you then have to do is enter either the BTC address or the steem account name you want to send from or to, and voila.

Whatever address you want. The steem 'address' is the username. It gives you a code that identifies which exchange you want done.
The link does not fill in the details, unfortunately. Possibly @blocktrades is working with steemit on this and maybe soon there will be auto-filling of the form from the link as well (currently you still have to put in your username or the bitcoin address depending on whether you are buying or selling).
