The Poloniex Debacle Continues

I know I said I would figure this as a loss and let it go... but man I can't.

18 Days ago I transferred Steem and SBD to Poloniex, it was working as I git the memo sequences, but as soon as I sent them... they were only there for less than a minute as I was going to convert them to ETH.

Well as you all well know, their Steem and SBD function went offline. I have started two tickets which they initially answer (although they clearly can not be bothered to read the replies)... then they simply ignore them.

They ended at this:

Does anyone know how to do this?

To whom it may concern.
17 days ago I transferred both Steem and SBD to Poloniex to exchange to ETH as I have in the past.
No credit for these has been issued, nor has any refund:
Transfer 31.642 SBD to poloniex aa0a6c04b0fb8b35
Transfer 408.505 STEEM to poloniex 703113a5027c279c
Now you had disabled both of these currencies and my funds have been placed in jeopardy by your exchange.

Now that the exchange is up and running, there are no funds showing.... they did for only a second last night in both SBD and STEEM, but before I could transfer them, they were again gone.
How can I either gain the ETH or Have the funds sent back to my Steemit wallet (@kyusho)?

I do not know how to accomplish this... I am not a technician.

It was transferred just as your system shut down the SBD and Steem functions... I saw them and was about to transfer them when your system went offline for them.

How can I get this information
