I like that idea, not sure how the game theory will play out though. I think it might be just as interesting to change the weighting curve for steem power.
I have no idea what a weighting curve is, and I would not care to know. Complicated ideas are not better than simple easy to comprehend ones. My idea is simple and most users would get it, a complicated idea like "weighting curve" would seem like trickery
