The challenge as I see it then still remains for the businesses, which is why this void exists. Do they gamble that the crypto spent on their products (that they probably paid fiat for) will lose value and make their venture a loss. It keeps coming back to that scenario until a time that fiat loses the power of agreement to enough folks that it holds value independent of the fiat.
