Steem up to #38 and up 7%

I was pleasantly surprised to see Steem up to #38 from 42 on the market cap rating, and also up over 7%.

Is this just a pump or is something going on that I don’t know about?

    Good news is that we broke flat horizontal momentum and now chances for bigger momentum moves should be fine
