Yeah, I didn't see what period of time the 12 sessions per week is kind of a lot!! I usually get about 6 per week myself. There's a ton more benefits associated with sauna use that I'll go over in the next few days also! Stay tuned for that!
12 is quite a bit! I don't know if I could make the time for that!
