I am not good writer
So I get Down .

Today i tell you about my patient.
His name Iqbal hossain 60 years old.
He admitted hospital with the complain of sever chest & epigestric pain.
Than we done his ECG and other investigation.
Then we diagnosed MI(Heart attack).
His condition is very severe.
Now his needed CCU.
But he has no enough money .
So his family cannot admitted him to CCU.
