Wow thanks for bringing this to light, buddy. I've been struggling with a particular article about organising communities that are fast moving enough to adapt to changes and shifts in the uncertain frontiers of blockchain technology. What's important for any community is to stay around and be relevant, instead of breaking out, wasting time-forged relationships when things fail. This is a rather well thought out map!
