What ever you do , dont go to sleep because shit always happens your sleeping or in the shower ! Now heres the newest information I iust got 5 min ago !
🌩⤵Bit Coin has dropped way down to 887.23 YES REALLY ! And STEEM has dropped down to .1507 ! SERIOUSLY ! If anyone can please shed some light on this subject It would be much apreciated ! There was nothing really unexpected about this. I, and many others, have been pointing out that Bitcoin showed all the signs of a Bubble. Those holding Bitcoin for more than six months simply took their profit into a more stable currency; after talking it up for six months. It is a typical cycle, and inevitable. Expect to see a short period of stabilisation, then a collapse down to below USD 400 as those who sold out at the high now wish to see it go down so that they can buy it low and hype it up again for a repeat performance.
Bitcoin does not have any inherently high or low value, but if people buy in the belief they will make a certain profit, based on the recommendations of those who gain from hyping up the value. Then they just behaved exactly the same way they did before every other bubble crash. Ask yourself, why do people claim a real value of USD 3000 or whatever. It is simple, they are holding Bitcoin and want to sell it to some fool who believes the hype.
Bitcoin does have value, but not as an investment medium.

I realise this and I do not own any bitcoin myself , but everytime it drops so does steem ! I would rather buy silver actually ! eigther way I expected it to drop , just not by so much and so fast ! everyone was hypeing it up when I went to sleep ! and when i woke up it was down dramatically ! Yea, I was really surprised my this myself. I would have expected the fall to take a bit longer. I wonder if it will keep falling the next few days, or if it is somewhat stable for now.

Yea, it is very unfortunate that Steem price will drop along with bitcoin, but I don't think that will change until Steem is big enough to stand on its own feet.
The price of steem drops with bitcoin because it is priced in bitcoin, if you look at the price of steem in bitcoin it hasn't dropped, it actually increased.
