Overall, I have been pleased with the results. I have not had to make drastic changes between what I was doing before and what I am doing now.
Regarding flags, I never used them before. I do not like confrontation so the idea of flagging is hard for me. I do understand its value from an intellectual perspective and that it is important for the community. I need to own it from an emotional perspective. And honestly, I am a bit concerned about flag retribution.
If flags were anonymous, how would that make you feel?
Great question. That might remove the anxiety of flagging someone, but I don't think it would make the Steem community better. If people do not understand why they received a flag then they most likely will continue in behavior that has a negative impact on the community.
