steem2eth failed to send due to Infura (or AWS) API Outage

Yesterday, I had to manually refund a steem2eth swap because it failed to send. Here is the error message:

I retried a few times with this consistent error - and later I found out it was due to API outrage: from https://status.infura.io/:
