Refactor/Polish the Edge Load Balancer Node: api2.steemyy.com

I've spent some time to polish/refactor the Edge Load Balancer Node: https://api2.steemyy.com which is running using the CloudFlare's snippets. For Pro Plan, the max sub requests is 2 which works fine now.

I may open source this.

Trace the request for testing - disable WAF

Testing console - shows exceededSnippetsSubrequests when there are 3 nodes or more.

Tested OK!
