Cap posts for Users under 65 REP @ $100. Cap Posts for 65-85 @$300. 85+ No cap. Flags should be trashed and Muting should be more effective in silencing abusers.
I have never got more than $40 on a postand rewardpoolrape has a higher reputation than I do in spite of me having this account for a year because of his self voting.
