Hello steemjetters, the steemjet community this year has been advantageous on account of dimimp that continues supporting this extraordinary community and everyone knows that he is the one individual who has willingly volunteered to promote and reward talent from all parts of the world.
The steemjet gloats and boasts of the best of talents and abilities on the steemit community,
The Dance department is stacked with numerous talents and dance happens to be an extraordinary instrument in the advanced society and commonly we have seen distinctive organizations utilize performers to advance their image in light of the fact that fundamentally everybody cherishes a good dancer.

I want to join In the vision of advancing and enhancing the steemjet community.
I have come up with a proposition for the community which I'll like to call

THE STEEMJET DANCE VIDEO CONTEST

sir!, This is the first ever dance contest on the steemjet COMMUNITY, this contest will shine light on every dance talent wherever they may have been hiding.

I believe this contest will bring more talented individuals to the steemjet community most especially to the dance department. This is a contest that will bring the most gifted, skillful and talented dancers on steemit to the steemjet community and as well bring much fun and excitement to the community.

So, ARE YOU A SOLO DANCER?

Well, come on let's get this dance party rocking!

STRUCTURE OF THE CONTEST

FIRST STAGE
-PUBLICITY STAGE
-Will last for 2 days

In this part of the contest, it is all about letting people all round steemit and steemjet know that a contest like this is going on.
This stage will see resteeming of the contest post
By the @steemjetcontest account and the @steemjetdance account
And also alot of passing of information on the steemjet discord group.

SECOND STAGE
-AUDITION STAGE
-WILL LAST 7DAYS
The second stage is the audition stage and this will see various contestants SUBMIT their video entries within a period of seven days under a post I will make as the head of the contest.

THIRD STAGE
In this stage the judges will release a list of their top 20 picks from the videos submitted in the audition stage and these top 20 contestants will go on to submit their second video entries for the competition as a comment under another post I will make.

FOURTH STAGE
In this stage the judges will pick top ten entries submitted by the contestants from the previous stage.
which automatically means that 10 contestants will be eliminated and the competition will proceed to the next stage.
The top ten contestants will be requested to drop another video entry for review. Their videos will be dropped under another post that I will make
Here the competition gets stiffer.

FIFTH AND FINAL STAGE

Here the contestants will required to drop another video and from this stage the judges will make their picks again, and from here the top 5 winners will be picked, while the remaining 5 will go home with consolation prizes.
Everyone is a winner!!

PRIZES AND REWARD SYSTEM

The contest will be run solely on the steems provided by @dimimp, and sir I would like to request for 3000 steems to run this contest effectively!.

Here is a breakdown on how it will be spent.
• The steems paid to the judges will be used to purchase high quality headsets for the 7 judges

• Payment of judges for internet data used during each stages as alot of data will be used in streaming the videos of various contestants.

• Purchase of miscellaneous equipments that the judges think will help them do their work more efficiently.

•payment of judges for time, effort and work done, as this contest will last for weeks, and there is chance of the job being tedious.

LIST OF 7 JUDGES
I have searched far and wide on steemjet for the best judges that will make this contest a success.

1. @samuel9135 - He is the Head of the dance department, and that isn't an easy office it means he has alot of knowledge as a dancer

2. @juderoyal - I would nominate myself, as I have very good experience in the dance field and entertainment field.

3. @ephraimparker - also a space force member, and member of the dance department, wonderful dance talent.

4. @reading360- a space force member, and member of the dance department, most definitely he knows how to spot dance talent.

5. @yourmercury- a talented singer and entertainer. For sure he has good eyes to notice a good dance

6. @mikay - I've been able to work with him on a project, and I deem him a good partner to work with on this project.

7. @drumstix- a pro in the entertainment field and wonderful ability to spot a dance talent from a mile.

PRIZES
°1st place - 300 steems
°2nd place- 200 steems
°3rd place-150 steems
°4th place-100 steems
°5th place -50 steems
TOTAL =800STEEMS
•Then the 6th to 10th place will go with a consolation prize of 10steems,
•And judges will be paid 300steems each for all the necessary purchases and expenses they'll incur.
•And also a graphics designer will paid to design flyers for every stage of the contest
•Which amounts to an estimated total of 3000steems.
