Time Stamps on Steemit are NOT Accurate

Has anyone noticed that new posts are in an unusual format? Such as "in _______hours,  and on top of that the time is many hours from the correct time. What does that format even mean? Posts used to be in the format of: _____ minutes/hours ago. What happened?
