Steem talk #1 I lost my temper

I was talking about cryptocurrencies with my friend. The light talk turns to the quarreling. The argument was that steem is not able to go further to be treated as mainstream cryptos. My friend argued that the only cryptos would be BTC, ETH,abd XRP. I counterarugued him by explaining the system, how Steem makes money, and opportunities to expand its market power.

However my friend said:
"There are some websites that give coupons or points to use. I think steem is the same as those. Although you talk POS, steem coins will remain in a minor league. It won't go to the major market. Steem is just simply short-term investment, not a long term. If you receive your Steem, you'd better use those as fast as possible before it disappears. Well, come to think of it, it's good for you not to use your money for Steem"

I was totally pissed off with him, saying this in my mind: " Yeah, you stupid idot. You just live in your blinding world. You won't get what you want." However all of sudden, I came to think that most people would think as my friend. (Or my knowledge to explain Steem would be suck )

For Steemers this is a big challenging. I think there are lots of people like my friend. I want to be a savior to him. I really want him to change his my mind. You have to be a savor to your community. Let's steem hard.
