Date of STEEM inflation rate change?
Question is the title, I'd also like to know if STEEM being powered down before the change will be switched to taking 3 months or will still take 2 years?

I've also asked this, I think the answer is November 16th. Unfortunately I don't have a good source for this, mostly just posts on the site like these:
