Dear @grx121 You offer a @upmewhale service but you receive the payment and you don't comply with it, I don't want to think that it is a scam, I want to think that it is a mistake or something I did wrong so I want to ask you kindly to please refund me the 40 STEEM that I paid for a service that I didn't get.
Since you offer an active service I suppose you should be attentive to these messages to offer the necessary support to affected users like me, so I will wait at least two days for a response. In case I don't receive it I will interpret that this is a scam, and that you are using the service provision as an excuse to milk and destroy STEEM under a voting account farm and in the process scamming other users trying to get your service. This is not right before God or those interested in things going well around here, but it is not something I want to believe nor do I want to mention important people in this thread without being sure....
No... I'm sure it's a misunderstanding... in any case I think you are the best person to clear this up.
