There is something wrong with Steemit reputation
Lately I have come across many accounts which are very new (few days to few hours) and have inexplicably high reputation. To be clear , I am not saying there is some manipualtion by these users it maybe something off with the algorithm.
For example:
Look at this account which got approved few hours ago , has 4 followers , made 1 post and has 34 reputation , anyone knows what may be a plausible explanation ?

Hmm that’s strange. I’m new and don’t understand much around here but can’t people buy their reputation?
I am quite certain you can't buy reputation, you can buy steem power that's not the same thing though.
