Yes, user engagement definitely has dropped off. As I said in the original post, "Don't get me wrong, our project is not without it's problems." There are still issues we need to address, and retention is one of them. I touched on a lot of the reasons that we are having retention issues (the overall price drop is part of it too). Continuing to have conversations about what we need to do in order to improve is also super important.
