RE: Steemjet to Steem Fest party update - tips from roleandp the King of Steemfest!

"I have tried every angle of steem promotion I could think of, charity, teaching, party promotion, business creation, tool explanation, and all I have to show for it is a blog that can not download because it is overflowing with negativity/sadness. No wonder the greater steem community only downvotes me... I give up."

Boss @dimimp!

Before you give up, I wound like to share a thought that can work with any Steemjet Project we put our energy in. A lot of us are not going to like it, but it will certainly bring about a heavy Steem debt burden being lifted off your shoulders -- to start with you're not even owing anybody: the so called Steem debt is STILL your money -- as well as make us Steemjetters more creative: more producrive!

Over the months we have become lazy with the Steemjet contests, parties and generous Steem Love you shower us with. Our attention have been shifted from understanding how Steem truly works to acquiring Steem just by being talented. I know some of us will disapprove of my using the word "lazy" but that is what we have become. How? In as much as we have become talented, how many of us beneficiaries have ACTUALLY contributed back to you and your vision for Steem and Steemjeu, Boss? Good question!

In the end it will alway end up in a one-sided business relationship -- you doling out your hard earned Steem (and even believe it's debts you're owing us), while we vent our fury at you for paying others and leaving us behind -- as though YOU ARE ACTUALLY owing us!

This is madness -- we should be ashamed of ourselves!!! We fail to understand your vision for Steem and Syeemjet, and we took advantage of your generousity to further abuse your Goodwill and Good Works. It should be the other way round -- we should be contributing back to you: less with TALENTS; more with RESULTS!!!

Therefore, I'm proposing a way out of your frustration, Boss. This Way will require us to be more Result-Oriented than Talent-Oriented. It's a very simple Way, the slogan of which is:

"Encourage Talent, but Reward Result!"

How does it work? Good question!

  1. Instead of giving us Steem, give us Dreams to manifest. These Dreams should be some Projects that can generate Steem back to the Community. For example, take a Dream of writing a book series on Steem that can be sold at Amazon. Such Dream do not need a lot of Steem to execute: just your brain, a laptop, and research materials. And,oh! I almost forgot, food to keep the body healthy and focused, and minor logistics. All you need do is delegate enough temporal Steem Power to the "Dreamer"'s account. By self-voting, his daily needs will be taken care off.

  2. Each STEEM DREAM should have a lifespan of 3 months (give or take: and I'm refering to book-writing in this case). If no RESULT is yeilded by then, take back the Steem Power. If result is yielded, publish the book at Amazon, make enough noise about it at YouTube, Facebook, and other social media websites, sell it and reward the parties involved in publishing the book. This way:

  3. "We contribute to what is contributing to us!"

I beg to stop here so far. I'll talk more if you care to listen...

Take care of yourself, Boss @dimimp. ...

Final words: "DON'T QUIT!!!"
