Can you still flag posts older than 7 days?

Flagging a blog/comment Older than 7 days will have no effect on the reputation or on the rewards since they are already paid out.
Flagging only works if 7 days have not passed:
- It can reduce the amount of rewards by the percentage you flagged the blog/comment.
- It will also affect the reputation in case yours is more than the flag receiver.
But does it still hide the post when downvote after 7 days?
