Error while submitting to the blockchain-A WEEK and I still can't upload to DTUBE

Sorry for the rant again, but I haven't received any replies about this. Anyone know why I can't upload to DTube. Anyone else getting this message?! I've tried videos as small as 50 mb. I've done everything I could this week. Regardless of what I tried, I get a different version of this message. Hard to stay on this platform this way!!!!
