Steem Keychain can be used on other platforms than Steemit, such as SteemPeak, Busy or Esteem. This window won't appear except on Steemit.
No we won't take Keychain down. Yes, the current situation requires politics, we care about the future of this community, whether on Steem or on a new chain. If you re not happy with Keychain, you re welcome to uninstall it or modify it, it's opensource.

I would have thought that you would have wanted to maintain connection with people using the tool. Your decision is not a sound business decision.

I've been reading through many comments related to new hive chain and I've seen your comment too. Many users are being torn, however majority seem to be moving to new hive.
Are you fully moving there or will you stay on both chains? Just curious. I'm trying to figure out what to do myself.
