i regularly have difficulty finding good content and good content creators. I like the idea you have proposed for sure. It can take a long time searching the 'new" section to find something worthwhile and I feel bad for the people that produce something incredible only to have it not read by anyone. Since trending is so easily manipulated, i think I could get on board with this notion. Of course I am not trying to insult anyone so please don't get me wrong.
