I'm not sure I understand this? Can you explain in laymans terms what this means? Where did you hear about this?
This is an official statement of the GOLOS team. GOLOS is a STEEM clone for the Russian market.
Today at 12:00 GMT they will make a snapshot of the STEEM blockchain and store it in one big file. This file will be parsed and 10 % of all GOLOS tokens will be distributed to STEEM holders.
