Hm, well hm ... (if it goes by I.P. that is , not by easy-to-delete-cookie) but i dont wanna be the spoilsport before i get the evil eye again. It's a dirty bit, i know, even if you require registration, you can get 50 accounts in no time all the same ... the most secure options would probably be hardware like yubikey (but if you got clout you can buy a truckload of those too) or phonenumber (where same clout applies ..)

... it's good to see it on top though :) let's hope everyone meant that, that would be an actual good sign
