power down

may be a dumb question, but my steem balance of steem power keeps showing that i want to power down and i am not doing this. when i notice it, i cancel the power down. but it keeps happening! how can power down be initiated if i don't do it. or, can i be doing it and not know it? any help appreciated. cheers,
