That's weird. I have not had any problems recently.
i saw you also responded to my post but if you don't mind I have a question about what you are doing... you said you are doing transactions of $10 or less but in what regard? You are buying Steemit with BTC ETH and then sending it here?
The issue I and many other are having is withdrawing to other wallets / exchanges
