Few hours after the Hive announcement post in the Steem network, it almost immediately created a buzz among the Steemians. The Steem network seems to like to be in the spotlight and it’s cool that it’s for a good reason. Let me share some of the latest write-up about Steem that might light up your day:
Aside from those write-ups, another interesting event is how the Steem market is behaving, 56% market cap hike within an hour. This puts Steem from 64th up to the 54th rank in Coin Market Cap.
I have never seen this much activity for the Steem blockchain and I’m very sure that the hype brought by the upcoming launch of Hive blockchain. What I noticed is that a lot of the current Steem users are pulling-in their Steem out from exchanges to their wallets for the nearing Hive airdrop.
It’s something that every Steem user should do to maximize their initial Hive stake during the launch this Friday.
While the hike feels awesome as a Steem stakeholder, it’s also giving the hunch that this hike won’t last long. It seems that there will be a huge dump coming for the Steem token.

what about delegated SP? i have delegated sp to @tipu. when the fork is done, do i get the same SP in Hive?

That we shall see this Friday, I believe the devs are considering it as well.
In my experience in Steem-Engine tokens, Palnet considered everything including the delegated SP during the airdrop while SteemLeo disregarded it at first and then re-considered later upon my request.
I hope the airdrop won't get messy.
