Is this community even active anymore or is it all bot activity?

I have over a thousand followers yet no one sees my new posts. What's up with that?

Furthermore, how do you withdraw steem to an exchange? Seems like I can only transfer it to either: savings or : another username. Before, we used to be able to send it to exchanges. What happened? Did I miss something since I've been gone?
