STEEM Withdrawals Suspended by HitBTC
Anyone here who uses HitBTC to trade, will know that they’ve had STEEM withdrawals suspended for months now.
I search Steemit and Twitter, but there’s no answer as to why or when it’s going to be enabled again. Why is this just ignored?
So here I go again today:
Does anybody have an answer for us? I know I’m not the only one in this boat.

hitbtc is a terrible exchange and i heard they do stuff like this often. why do people even use it. They might be doing maintain so just wait it out.
Well I personally use HitBTC because they are one of the few exchanges that trade SmartCash. It's easy for me to transfer and trade that particular coin there. I bought some Steem, but now it's stuck.
It's been months, so I think we can rule out simple maintenance. I really just want to hear something from them. It's like everything has been forgotten.
realy thats no good. they should of atleast given an answer by now. can you trade it to btc and trade it steem on block trades?
Yeah, you’re still able to trade, deposit and withdraw other coins.
But I just don’t want STEEM to be forgotten. If we’re going to grow this coin and community, then we can’t have restrictions placed on exchanges like this.
yeah that is true, its also a little random they are doing that.
No idea yet, but waiting for gud news
