Wow, this is amazing that Steem can just do it without a hardfork. That makes it very flexible blockchain, don't you think? Since Steem is being traded more than BitCoin (something I read in a post from two months ago, please correct me or point me to where I can see that for myself), the higher blocksize will come in handy I suppose.
