Good tips, @gandhibaba. I do a lot of what you suggest too. You might want to join in the monthly SPUD event for power ups. This happens each first of the month and is gaining support. You can do your own SPUD and/or offer prizes for the little people who do participate.

I only use dApps that pay with upvotes for my posts. Some you might want to look into are:

nTopaz - photos
travelfeed - travel
busy - good vote if you have some high sp followers
dPoll - to ask questions and get good answers

I promote on twitter where we have a lot of steemers. Its a hard road - I cannot get those people to RT! But I keep trying anyway.
