Minor correction : MyEtherWallet is just an interface to the Etherium Blockchain and it does not store your tokens or Ether. They are stored on the ETH blockchain. You access, send your tokens / ETH using that interface.

if you have lost your private key OR combo of UTC Wallet file + password your funds will be gone forever. Also, do not import your ETH Wallet [private key + address] into Etherdelta using any public wi-fi / internet - that could lead to snooping of your keys and subsequent risk of losing your funds!
