it has not been always the case, look the last months, the BTC went UP while STEEM didn't stop to decrease. The opposite can happen also.
that would indeed be possible but for the moment I am not really counting on it :)
still, good times to accumulate more steem and crypto
Look today, BTC is stabilizing, Steem is UP ;)
