HF 0.20.0 will change sign up process (no more Steem fee, accounts will be mined again), Remove Account Creation with Delegated Steem Power, Remove Vote Dust Threshold.

The point is that they should implement some of these other changes to HF 20.
I think we don't need hardfork for this. To change trending, we just need to change condenser(steemit website).
