I just tried it again, and it did the same thing. It only upvotes one of the posts found after the filtering process.
I'm using Chrome...
I go to SteemWorld...
I click on https://steemworld.org/copy-votes
I log in to SteemWorld using my posting key...
I enter the Search Criteria...
I click on FIND POSTS...
I get a list of the posts found in the last 24 hours...
All of the posts are checked, and I click on the button VOTE SELECTED POSTS...
SteemLogin opens, and I am asked to continue, but as you can see, only the first post is listed...
I click Continue, and I am asked for my Posting Key, and then the Approve button...
I approve and get my TXID...

I wait a couple of minutes and check SteemWorld, and only one vote has gone through...
Thanks for the details! Now I know what is happening. I mistakenly thought you were using SteemKeychain. SteemLogin should currently not be allowed for this feature, because I don't use their JS API and just redirect to their page with the transaction to broadcast (no event to receive the broadcast result available).
As you already signed in to SteemWorld, you don't need to use SteemLogin or any other tools for broadcasting a vote. I guess, you enabled 'Settings -> Security -> Use SteemLogin For Signing'. If you disable this temporarily, it should work as expected. I will update SteemWorld later today, so that it will no longer use SteemLogin for the Copy Votes tool.
