Bitcoin Still Taking Hits

The price of bitcoin, very early this morning in Florida, fell dramatically. Bitcoin was trading around ~$20,400 USD yesterday, but as midnight passed, the market became unstable to a point where Bitcoin fell to ~$18,845 USD. This is digging the crypto market further into its bear market as the financial markets, such as stocks, have also been taking hits due to the economy.

Hive surprisingly is holding off the cliff dive quite well as it has gained in value when Bitcoin fell. Bitcoin fell around 6% since last night, but Hive has gained 4% within the same time frame against the United States Dollar. That's pretty impressive considering people are expecting the general crypto market to continue along this downward path for another week, some suggest three. Hive is currently trading around $0.372 USD.

Litecoin's value has also stayed relatively stable, while Bitcoin and Hive were making moves, like Ying and Yang, Litecoin remained relatively neutral. Its value did dwindle down a bit but not as dramatically as the other two. Litecoin fell by a measly 0.4% and is currently trading around $45 USD.

Where the market will go in the next few days is hard to predict. We are in choppy waters for the next few months.
