Everyone on Steem is able to start painting their picture here but, like any art form, not everyone is going to like it.
True but there is something for everyone. Understanding is what is important. Not everyone speaks the same language or have the same skills. So some are left behind. Education in a simple language is key. Thanks @tarazkp (
If they are on steem, they have an internet connection at least which means, there is a world of opportunity to learn. Responsibility is a key factor to the future of anyone.
