Per se you can't really say that because their are so many other factors that need to be considered! But it is a good sign since their will be more trading-volume and a listing is always a sign of trust too (when it happens on one of the top exchanges).

Despite this news I think Steem will increase his value anyway! Just look at the awesome community we got here!
