RE: [Discussion Post] Is Steem really a social blockchain?
As a preamble I want to highlight the importance of this topic, I think it is relevant and I congratulate you on such an outstanding topic of discussion.
I will try in these lines, my humble criteria in this regard.
Social networks or specific social blocks have and were created with the main objective of interactive individuals, since then generating profits for the creators of these social blocks, using the need of people to communicate and establish contacts and relationships with each other. Now, there is a cornerstone regarding Steem, it is what makes the difference and therein lies the versatility in the use of this platform or social block and that is that the creators of Steem had the brilliant idea of placing value, price, at that done interacting and posting on Steem. From the moment they decided to put a price and value on what was done, they ventured into the magical world of Marketing and once everything entered, the role becomes infinite.
There is no greater possibility of versatility of a system than the market. What is done in Steem, now has the quality of a product, starting with the intellectual value that is recognized there, and consequently rewards incentives.
In such a way that without a doubt Steem not only serves to make effective social relations, but it serves all that the market can offer, since as expressed previously, Steem has gained significant space in Marketing since it was created with that purpose.
Let us make the following approach: If you capture or publish our ideas, it will generate profits for us, the more we could achieve if, in addition to ideas, we use this social block to manage commercial products, whatever their commercial nature.
Everything, absolutely everything related to Marketing is compatible with Steem and so the future will show it.
