These parameters are needed to know our account's bandwith state

Every time we post we use bandwith, we need to keep it avobe a dynamic level to be able to post , if we spend too much we wont be ale to post for a while

The formula uses also 2 more Account parameters :

• Account Vesting Shares (AVS)
• Account Average Bandwith (AAB)

we need to keep our bandwith use below the limit we get assigned based upon our Vesting Power

which formula is this:

AAB/MVP < AVS/TVS

which is also :

AVS/TVS- AAB/MVP >0
