Would you step out of the car and take down the 'bastard'? Will you reverse your car and run the person down? Will you walk away and do nothing? What would you do then?
It is quite difficult to master the art of holding oneself, having self control in situations that are designed to infuriate, can be very hard.

Life is filled with abusive and inconsiderate people who will never stop being themselves. They are everywhere and at every turn. They are always represented in the corridors where you must past through to achieve your life's goal.
As a Steemian, you will come under attack every time and you must be ready to deal with it with the calmest of minds. You need your mind to mine your Steem because the minute you let anger creep in, your mining tool will under-perform.
Many have had quite some painful experience in life and on Steemit, it still happens and there is no way to know when it will stop. So, be calm!
I was once attacked by a user who felt he was unhappy with his life and decided to take a swing at me. What did I do? I was calm, hard choice, but I was calm.

Solid advice. Calming down always gives us the chance to think out a good plan for solution to our problems.. When problem comes, pressure will always follow it. But you need to calm down ur self for the pressure to vanish and give you way to take a good and wise decision. Always work with attitude. @Ejemai, you really touched the heart
