This is a great time to be buying steem. I usually keep a few hundred dollars on coinbase just waiting for such opportunities, but i never expected steem to drop below .30 again. XRP lost over 14% of its value and it's number 3 on coinmarketcap. So I would not be too worried about the steem price.
It is the right time to buy, my worry is Steem going down so much in ranks then it was before. Anyways I hope that the right people are taking enough actions to turn around things
